International Yoga & Wellness Workshop – Kathmandu, Nepal

We successfully conducted an International Yoga & Wellness Workshop at a hostel in Kathmandu, Nepal, led by Pritesh Hirve – Yoga Teacher.
This unique session brought together international travelers, including Chinese and European visitors who had come to Nepal for travel, exploration, and inner wellness. The workshop offered them a beautiful blend of yoga, breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness, helping them reconnect with their bodies after long journeys.
