This Refund / Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to fee payment, discontinuation, and disciplinary actions for any service or product offered by Aviragh Yoga Institute.
- Fee Payment & Late Payment Policy
Fees must be paid on or before the due date communicated by the institute.
If a student fails to pay the fees on the due date, a late payment fine will be applicable and an additional one-week grace period will be granted.
If the fees are not paid within the extended one-week period, the student’s admission will be cancelled automatically.
In such cases, no refund will be provided and any amount paid will be forfeited. - Disciplinary Action Policy
Aviragh Yoga Institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any student at any time for misconduct, indiscipline, violation of institute rules, or inappropriate behavior.
The institute may or may not issue a prior warning before taking such action.
If admission is cancelled due to disciplinary reasons, no refund will be provided.
The entire amount paid shall be forfeited. - Discontinuation by Student
If a student discontinues or withdraws from a service for any reason, no refund will be applicable.
However, the student will be allowed to rejoin at a later time in any available batch.
For rejoining, the student will not be required to pay the full fees again.
A small commitment fee will be applicable, the amount of which can be confirmed directly with the institute at the time of rejoining. - Final Authority
All decisions related to refunds, cancellations, disciplinary actions, and rejoining shall be at the sole discretion of Aviragh Yoga Institute.
The institute reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
